Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

EAP provides counseling and wellbeing support to all employees and their eligible, immediate family members. Staff can use EAP to confidentially discuss any work or personal issues that are inevitable part of life.

The DPoA Group Membership Program

This program is brought to Fronditha Care staff in partnership with Frequent Values. The membership card will provide staff with comprehensive savings and offers from over 3,500 entertainment, leisure, travel and hospitality venues across Australia and New Zealand.

Salary Packaging

Salary Packaging is an Australian Tax Office approved way of restructuring your income. It enables you to buy a range of everyday items out of your pre-tax salary rather than your after-tax salary, which means more money in your back pocket.

Learning & Development Opportunities

Learning and professional development are important parts of employment. Skill development is encouraged through continuing professional development, formal training and on-the-job experience. Fronditha Care encourage staff, wherever possible, to gain well-rounded experience and development. Staff are encouraged to undertake learning activities to acquire the capabilities necessary to perform their role. Developing these capabilities will help enable individuals to improve their work skills or work toward their career goal.

Health & Wellbeing

Froditha Care’s Health and Wellbeing program comprises of a series of talks and demonstrations organized throughout the year. Each event will be posted via email and staff notice boards. The program may include:

  • Visit by naturopath
  • Headache care
  • Massage therapy
  •  Health information
