I listen. That’s all I do. I empathise with people. I’ve always been that way. I’ve always been about listening rather than speaking. I’m more of an introvert.

You have to see their point of view. People won’t complain for no reason.

Sometimes it’s easier to help others than to look after yourself. You get something out of helping someone, or looking after someone.

I am a very hopeful person. There’s always a way out, there’s always a solution, there’s never a dead end.

What I see a lot in the workforce is the constant “who do we blame?” We all make mistakes – that constant trying to shift blame to others.

Just apologise.

We’re human after all. People respect that.
